You’ll also find a musical corner with an electric piano and a guitar, adding to the home’s creative charm. Large glass doors lead out to a private pool, lush garden, a patio with BBQ and fire pit, and a crossfit-inspired outdoor gym.
The ground floor also features a creative art and craft room, perfect for all the ages. If a 4th bedroom is needed an extra TV-room with a 140 cm sofa bed is located on the ground floor. A clean, modern bathroom, with a shower, also graces this floor.
The upper level has an open office space, a well-stocked bookshelf with books and boardgames, and three bedrooms. The master suite includes a 180 cm bed, a Smart TV, a small walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with two rain showers, and a palm-tree view balcony. The upper floor also has 2 other bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a 160 cm bed and its own Smart TV, while the other features a larger 180 cm bed and grand patio. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a practical laundry area with both a washing machine and a dryer.
